Pursuant to Articles 11, 12 and 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services, the Publisher designates a single email address:
contact@scan-horizon.com — languages accepted: French, English.
This address constitutes:
- the single point of contact for authorities (Article 11): European Commission, European Board for Digital Services and Digital Services Coordinators, including ARCOM for France;
- the point of contact for recipients of the service (Article 12), allowing direct and rapid communication by electronic means, without relying solely on automated tools;
- the channel for reporting illegal content (Article 16), supplemented by the reporting function built into the clan chat, under the procedure in Article 11.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
As SAS SCAN HORIZON is established in France, it is not required to designate a legal representative within the meaning of Article 13 of the same Regulation.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional, after having attempted to resolve it directly with that professional through a written complaint.
SAS SCAN HORIZON falls under the following mediator:

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The entire ScanHorizon application (Flutter source code, algorithms, design, "Cyberpunk" graphics) is protected by French and international copyright law. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Aircraft visuals are published with attribution to the photographer and, when applicable, to the source website. If you identify any issue regarding credit, attribution, licensing, or a removal request, please contact support@scan-horizon.com. We handle such requests promptly and with full respect for each photographer's work.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Information provided in the app (aircraft identification, airlines, altitude, speed, routes, status) is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It may contain errors, delays, omissions, or unavailability and must not be considered exact or used for aviation navigation, safety, or air traffic control purposes. SAS SCAN HORIZON disclaims liability for any direct or indirect consequences arising from use of such information.
The Application does not encourage access to airport tarmacs, secured airport areas, or any controlled/restricted zone. Any trespass remains the sole responsibility of the user, and SAS SCAN HORIZON disclaims all related liability.
